Hi, everyone! I'm called Storyteller and while new here, I'm certainly not new to the net! I have been playing with graphics for years, and finally settled on PSP. I'm a friend of Shan's from AE and look forward to sharing graphics.
I also write stories a lot, espcially fanfiction, and hope to find ways to make my site better looking and more navagable.
Good to meet you all!
Hugs, Storyteller

Hi Storyteller, welcome to the forum ~big wave~ anda . Unlike yourself, I'm pretty new to the net, and I've only been interested in computer graphics for about six months, although I have always had a desire to create things. I'm looking forward to getting to know you M@

Hi there guys.
Ooh, so amny pages to explore (Feels very small and newbie-ish all over again) If you're at A&E you'll know me as elfgirl/Manveri but I have several aliases ;D I couldn't fit my full alias in the name bar so I settled on plain Silver.
Am sadly diminished in the graphics programs department but want to learn how to get the best out of what I've got because I love the idea of computer graphics and want to make nice ones!

Hi there Silver and welcome to the board! This place is alot smaller than it looks at moment. All the boards are quite empy so it shouldn't take too long to explore what graphic Program do you have silver? Have you made many graphics? if so i'd love to see them

Hello! You may know me as Lorielle from A&E. I'm not sure how much time I'll spend here, but I decided I'd come and take a look around. It took me a little while to find this thread. I see some familiar faces!
I spend most of my days making icons for Live Journal. (Should I be worried about that? ) I use PSP7&9.
If you couldn't tell, I'm fond of the color purple.

Thanks for the welcome M@ and Shan. Alas I am sadly depleted in the programs department. I am stuck with Paint, whatever I can glean from Microsoft Word and a funny little program called BusinessDeluxe which is actually pretty good but not really made for such things as graphics ;D Still, it has served me well.
I have also discovered that my 6th form computers have a version of PSP, 7 I think, which I am slowly learning to use in my free periods but we're getting there. I am basically ready and willing to learn!

I really like Paint and I use it a lot to draw stuff and make gradients. Most of the graphics for this board were done in Paint, and edited in PSP Both Adobe and Jasc let you download their graphics programs for a trial period of 30 days, and this is a good way of getting to know how graphics programs work. I learnt how to use PSP and Photoshop that way . You can download both Photoshop and Photoshop Elements for 30 days from here. Go to support=downloads=tryouts, and select Photoshop. www.adobe.com/ And you can download PSP9 from here www.jasc.comalso there are loads of free graphic programs you can download and try out. There's a big list of them Here.
