He he he I am having too much pain today to engage in many birthday actives but I got one of the best gifts I could imagine. For about a month, I have been without a steady aide. Friends have done their best to fill in where they can but it really hasn't been adequate. Quite early this morning a gal from the agency called to say that she had found me an aide. Jen came over and was visibly upset by my condition and without a lot of fanfare, started setting things right.
The agency gal, Barb, told her that I really like biscuits for breakfast but they have to be made from scratch and not come out of a can. So Jen stopped at KFC on the way here and brought me biscuits. She said that she told the KFC guy that she was getting them for a client who was having a birthday so he gave them to her for free. When I opened the box, there were birthday greetings from the entire crew at KFC written on napkins.
Jen is my best bday gift and I believe that she was sent from God. I am also getting RAM so soon I will be able to open all my art programs without getting shut down in the middle of a project.
AntiPaul started a thread at Support and I threatened to shut it down and we had a bit of play between us. That was fun because I was hurting too bad to sleep.
Mahud. . . (Here I go again!) AmpleAdy has written a script that is supposed to look like a subsilver proboard. There are two tiny little graphics but the rest of it is just code. Glen wants to know if it could be done in black and yellow. I think that just by replacing the two graphics and using word to replace color codes, it ought to work. Am I right or wrong?
Oh and who powers this spell checker on proboards? Is it possible to get a script like this for exco?

biscuits yum! ;D that was a nice surprise, hehe. I'm glad you've got someone who looks out and cares for you, with what you have to go though  . I just had a look in at exco support, and read some threads, and checked out the template script. you should easily be able to convert the colours like you said I'm not sure who powers the spellchecker. it might even be proboards themselves. It's a neat one isn't it? one of the best ones I've come across. To get a spellchecker into an excoboard you'd need to use Javascript as you can't directly access the post reply area (I hope they change that). |

If we found out who powered it, and it isn't proboards couldn't the script be added to something like the novocode generator? Or perhaps we could get Peter to write it into the script. After all we can add the novocode generator and add smilies and image gallery to quick reply to qreply so maybe it is possible.

I'm sure Sage would know how to add one to the quick reply, he did a great job with his bb code buttons Thanks I have posted a whole bunch of Christian themed sigs here, feel free to use them and post them wherever. It would be great if people used them |

Thanks for the offer Mahud but they really aren't in my colors. I tend to go more for blues, purples and greens and since my sight is going I also need something that I can read clearly but I do know a few people who would love to use your sigs on other boards so I will send them the link if you ok it. You made some grundge sigs once without text that I thought were very cool. Maybe I look for one of those that I think you posted at Pixel Fortress and ask to to customize it for me someday. ;D But don't groan or hold your breath waiting for the request. I am still trying to figure out why my border is bigger on the bottom and building 6 boards for other people.
