Ok it's somewhat of a sad existance to be a clueless as I...but i can accept my limitations.
I'm new...and well...clue less about where or when to start. All i can pretty much do is make gifs...but after looking around I got spazed by how much info you guys put up so far.
I'm not online much so it's diffcult to take in everything. So I'm resquesting a tutor, even if it means damping my pride a bit ^^

What graphic programs do you own? MS Paint, PSP, or PS? Or even GIMP, Nova, or something else entirely...

well lets see....I use mostly all shorts of programs...When I'm making pics for Gifs...Ms. Paint...then photo expression..well come to think of...what I'm looking for right now is a Gif making software without the trial or atleast with a good set up...the one i have puts a miserable text at the top and screws up the whole thing

Well lets see here, no one really uses the programs I use so let me ask you. Do you use any of these? Mgi photosuite 8.06, Ulead photo express 2.0, Ulead photo express 4.0, ArcSoft Photo Impression?

EDIT: BTW, has anyone seen Shanny anywhere, I havn't in a while. . .
