I'ts not link a full theme what you do is you right click on your background. Then go to propertise. Next click on apperence and change it to this:

That's a nice theme. I've seen some really awesome ones at deviantart like this one which is pretty cool. I think you need a program called Windows blinds to install it.

Stardock is worth checking out for all thinking related to windows skinning. I used to have a freeware program that let you create your own themes, but I uninstalled it, and I've forgotton what it was called. If i find it i'll post it
