I seem to always hate praying since it gets boring but i know i need to because Jesus coming is so near. I try forcing myself into praying but it never works. I'm so scared and i don't know what to do. Please pray for me that Jesus Christ will come into my life and i'll make room for him in my heart  Thank you. -Rachel |

Hi Kayama.
It's wonderful that you desire Christ to live in you and to have a closer relationship with Him. However, for Christ to live in you, you must also confess your sins and ask for forgiveness of them. This way, you are cleansed. After being cleansed Christ comes into your heart and will begin to guide you.
I am excited that you are making this decision!
And as far as praying being boring.... a lot of times it is, because the flesh hates all things having to do with God. So the flesh must be placed into submission. What I do is pray that God would strengthen my spirit to overcome my flesh. To resist whatever temptation that is distracting me from prayer. And another thing I pray is that God would put in my the desire for prayer, for a more intimate relationship with him. And it works. The Bible says to pray in His name and to believe that what you ask of him, you will receive. Have faith, and place your trust in Him. :]
