*REQUEST* New Skin

Hey, I just joined but I've been looking at the premade skins for a while. I wanted to make a thread but noticed guests aren't allowed to make threads, which I can understand. But anyway, I wanted a skin for a forum I'm on, I'm friends with the admin and she's pretty new to role playing in general, and coding. I really liked all of the skins but I couldn't find one that I felt really captured the feeling of the forum. The forum is based on crime solving, etc. So kinda like CSI, I've been fiddling around with codes, skin colours, backgrounds, etc. But I can't get it right, I SUCK at making skins and coding, so I was wondering if you could make a skin and logo for me. I know this is a lot to ask, and I'm not expecting an answer right away, but it would be really awesome if someone could do this for me! I was also wondering if you could do the logo, based on the site, and the [HOME] and stuffs, if it isn't too much work. There's also this forum I'm on, the admin has this awesome code where the categories or seperated horizontally and you have to click on the categories in order to see them. Rather than having to scroll, if you know the code, pelase tell me it and where to place it.

Yeah, it'd be awesome if you could get back to me with the codes ASAP. Basically, I'm looking for a really dark forum, with a few bright highlight colours, maybe some orange or something. And a logo, I might keep my original logo though, it depends. Thanks a lot for your help.
