I was wondering if someone could help me with a custom skin. I've tried making one myself and I've looked at premades nonstop for 4 days now. 
My friend and I have been trying to start an RP based on the Ink and Paint Club from the movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?"

The RP is based in the club. I can't find anything with the right kind of mood and I'm terrible at making skins myself. I would like a skin based on the club OR Jessica Rabbit. Some sort of vintage toon type feel.
