Hello! I'm new here and I'm really interested in learning how to make skins. I know it takes a ling time and I'm still learning but yow do you make a website that looks like this? I like how it has the side panel and how do you add different icons, like the house for home? And how do you make a background that fits a proboard website? Or a good size banner? Oh and how do you make the admins and moderators different colors from the rest of the crowd. Any one want to help.
