I'd like to make a request for a city-themed skin for my proboards site. Currently it's more or less completely undeveloped but I'm going to have a lot of time to work on it (and on learning how to manage it) this week, so we'll see how that goes.
Anyways, it's all set in this grungy little fictional city, Jacksonville, and I'd like a skin that could reflect that urban feel. Images incorporated into it would be fantastic, as opposed to simple solid colors, but I am totally open to any help anyone is willing to give me.
