Hi. I need some help.
I'm using a free template from 2007 and can't get in touch with the creator, which means I can't get any help from there.
The code working excellent for the members that logged in, but like a guest or if a member logout they will see a disaster.

For me it looks like I have to put up the banner and paint the white areas to grey and then it's fine. But I don't know where and how. Can anyone help me?
I've done my best following this zip code the creater made. But I have missed something, I guess. Or he thinks this is the easy part that I could do for my own. In that case I'm just bad. Lol.
