To affiliate you need an affiliate table. we have a couple here. This one is the best. you will also find them at these forums.

You will also need a mini-banner image. the standard size is 88 pixels width X 31 pixels height.

We have a few premade ones here that just need text putting on them

and the html code to put in your forum link, and image link
