I thought i recognized the temp. it was one of ady's premades.
You should really leave the copyright notice intact, Smangii if you use other peoples work.

Ok, I'll agree with you on somethings, but other's I wont. I agree that the copyright shouldn't be there, because I didn't make it clear that I was copyrighting the graphics and layouts IN the forum, not designing it. You see, I'm not the best ProBoard designer, so I used a couple sites to help me out. Phazon Designs WASN'T one of them. Yes, I used imusion.net, where the graphic/banner was originally from (i hope) because that's where the copyright was. (I'm guessing this is where Phazon Designs got their layout from? As you can see from that site, it's the same exact thing, only blue. Which IS allowed, by the imusion.net owner, if you continued to read the comments at the bottom). I saw some comments on the layout, and many people asked if they could take the image and put their own logo in it. (which is what I did) the admin. answered "sure" and so it is allowed. He also said it is okay to change the colors (which I did). I also did put they're link under the affiliates scroller at the bottom, but I guess I should put that part of the layout was from there too, huh? Thanks for alerting me, I was TOTALLY wrong about the copyright part  that was indeed my mistake. I just put up a new banner that I was working on, so this argument doesn't continue. I hope you will forgive me, every designer makes their mistakes, right? =/ |

that was indeed my mistake. I just put up a new banner that I was working on, so this argument doesn't continue. I hope you will forgive me, every designer makes their mistakes, right? =/
