I got a message board on somehting besides proboards. I never thought I would do that. Nobody wanted to join my ProBoards Message Board. I'm just trying something new. I will still work on my ProBoards forums also, so if you want to join, you still can.

Yoda, it's only been a short time since you've opened your Family Guy forum. You have to be patient when it comes to members joining, especially in its "baby days". I know that for a good time, OCgfx was keeping a steady 34.. So just hang tight, someone will join.

If you peddle for members, you're going to jsut have people pointlessly joining and never logging in or posting, wait it out, you'll have members that are active. Even if a board doesn't have that many members, if they're active ones, you can still have a great and active online community.

Yes, never give up! My friend, Damian, taught me that. I had a board, but didn't get many members. I was going to delete the forum when members started to come and post and get active, but I had to delete it for some reason, lol. Forgot! Damian himself was going to quit, but he still waited and now he has about 6-7 active members posting at his forum and the forum had 2,000+ posts. So NEVER give up! Just start advertising/start affiliating with forums/enter your forum on those topsites, etc.
