Cool adding but where is the code for the imags?  i mean the one with the lockboard i don't really know where to replace i need some codeing support  |

oh yeah... i forgot to ask that these skins which you guys create or build, is there any specific programe or you use like PSP (paint shop pro) adob shop or so on.... and if you use is it try version? just wondering |

yeah i was kinda in hurry so the text flept out....
you know the Pink colored skin (heartilly2)
(in the code area) there is no code for pm neither the buttons
but some of the users send it later on.
i think the code for ( pm section) is missing or maybe i didn't got an eye on it and as i download the skin i couldn't really find any code so i use another code where you can have a minibar under the menubar for the pm. where are some button such as send message and etc.
that was what i meant....

i really love to create a skin my selv which i did but unluckely the didn't worked. which means that :
first of all i don't really have time, busy with my studies.
second, i used PSP 8.0 try version and after a hard time of work, finaly i made some cool bars and menu button.
but what happend was, after i saved or exported the imgs, they were so unclear and i couldn't really use them, so bad were they,
i hated them.
about the codes:
i don't really know about the codes maybe i will find out in futher, and computer is my intresset not main work or something. i will try to cut out some moor time from my studies to learn something with codeing and desing "alpha"
ok now i got to start with the stupid project of mine....

there are quite a few different pm bars, and stuff out there. The one we use here adds a pm buttons, and it came from solidsnake Designs. You might want to check out Proboards support for codes too, they have tons. regarding saving images I mess around with jpeg, gif, png optimizers and go for the image that has the overall best quality. when I'm making templates i save all my stuff (apart from the banner) as gifs (definitely if i need them to be transparent, like the folder and topic icons, and smilies, etc), and, being very small, they usually retain all there original quality. I tend to make grads between 1 - 3px in width, and 55pixels height (to compensate for vertical table stretching you sometimes get) |

aha.... yes i have been in proboards support and gone crazy with all those codes... and unfortunetly can't find the right code and somehow i put some codes together to get the main thing hehehe  i am not so good with the pixels i use cm couze back here in europ we don't use much pixels... anyway i have a lil request.... i have this banner (the image) which i wrote an titl on it, but i can't work anymore on it ! last time i wanted to put the line (kabulcity) in the background and write a new and clear line on it, then the all img mised up and it become something un expectable wich i couldn't use. if you can help me and.... i whish you can make it 1 or 2 size bigger then it is and then write this line (kabulcity) in the background as those shiny light are already in the background..... then i would try to write something on it if i could..... can you do that for me? i would be so greatfull.... and if you need anything... that i could help you with then let me know.... i would love to... i know that in desings and all those stuf you know more then me ..but anyway....  |

Pixels are pretty much universal, as far as web graphics are concerned. You should use cm and inches for printing stuff out, though. If i enlarge that image it will look pretty bad, and isn't designed to get any bigger, so I probably should remake a bigger one. Where do you want me to put the text, and is there a font you'd want? |

ok, well i know that in the graphic thery use mostly pix, and it is also commen lots of places but however i try to get my hands over them. about the banner: well 1. thankx alot for your help 2. something which can be clear enaugh to read. actually it dosen't really metter because it is in the background the color can be mixed up white with pink which are the skins main colores. that will be nice thankx once agian. and about this designs: i saw a template for Windows Xp and what mostly impressed me was the buttons they were rollover ones, which all of them are. but that one was special. verey smooth and cool i have a screen shot. www.winsupersite.com/images/reviews/xpmce2005_03.jpgtry to look at the button which has been click on.... and what happens when you move the mouse over a neon or light apears and is look so cool i think you can download som here, themes.astonshell.com/maybe you have seen it... i made button like that but couldn't really export or save them  never mind lets see how the new benner looks like can't wait to see it i am out for now Caio |

Hi thankx alot.... i know that i am stupid but i am going to be that stupid i didn't know. i appreciat it thankx but what i meant was the banner not the backgroudn... and i am sorry i know that i send the worng img... how stupid of me, i didn't even check that if it was the right img i was about to post... it is this img what i was talking about ...
