It's been a couple of weeks since I posted one of these, and so here's another one ;D
Radial Effect A radial effect has tons of graphics applications, and they can look really effective as a background element to a website banner. The best thing about this is that they are really easy to create. Try and create your own Radial Effect, and if you can't figure it out you can always check out the solution. |

Okay, so I'm trying this and in one of the parts I am duplicating the layer a lot. BUT it continues to blur with each duplication!! Any hints?

I'm not sure what's causing the blur. It could be that you selected a shape with a low opacity or something. Other than that, I can really think what the problem might be.
