Yes yes, i get that. Sorry i should have been more clear, what i mean is in the code i have for the skin i am trying to install, there are 3 different main headers and footers, and 3 different global ones too. Do i just put them all in the designated boxes in the order they are in the code i downloaded?

There should only be one main headers and footers and one global headers and footers. Usually, if it says to put it in the "headers" it mean the global header and the same for the "footers". Some codes are for main pages only and if that is the case, then it would specify. What codes do you have and I'll let you know where to put them.
