Adding 'Rules' button?

I was wondering if instead of using a board to show the Terms of Service, if it was possible to add a button that when clicked takes you to a page with the TOS on it instead. It saves space and makes it feel that little bit more special. I'm using the Green Skin too so if a button is possible I will need a green skin'D one

I've done a button. not sure where to get the codes though. you'll need an extra menu buttons code, and and extra page code
